Xavi Hua 

With a strong background in property valuation and management, Xavi has been working as a Property Manager at CHNZ Property Ltd since 2017. He has a Bachelor's degree in Property Valuation and Management (Massey University) and a Master's degree in Property (the University of Auckland). His bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin allows him to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients.

With years of experience in property management, Xavi specialize in rental property operations, tenant screening, financial management, and dispute resolution, including handling cases at the tenancy tribunal. His ability to work under high pressure while maintaining excellent time management skills has helped me successfully manage properties and maximize client returns.

Xavi is also a qualified and licensed salesperson under the REAA Act 2008, further strengthening his expertise in the New Zealand real estate market. His goal is to continue delivering high-quality services while helping property owners and tenants achieve their respective goals.
