Nancy is a dynamic and highly enthusiastic professional with over 12 years of experience in Property Management and 8 years as a licensed real estate salesperson, spanning both New Zealand and Australia (SYD, NSW). Her cross-country background gives her a unique understanding of the real estate markets, regulations, and client expectations in both countries.

She has gained extensive sales and management experience in New South Wales, which—combined with her long-standing property management career in New Zealand—enables her to deliver strategic advice and practical solutions to a wide range of property owners and investors. Nancy is known for building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants alike, and for her reputation of trust, integrity, and exceptional service.

Originally from mainland China and fluent in both Mandarin and English, Nancy brings a valuable cross-cultural perspective to her work. She holds a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Management Accounting from China, and further advanced her education in New Zealand with another BBS in Finance and a Master’s degree in Finance from Massey University.
